What does the Free In Person Visit include?

You do not need to struggle with any forms or technology.
How do I get paid by students?
Students pay their deposit through MTN MoMo or Airtel Money. The funds are held safely in our Escrow Trust Account. Once the student arrives, verifies the room, and receives the keys, the deposit is disbursed directly to your preferred Mobile Money or bank account. Monthly rents continue to be paid directly to you.
Can I set my own prices, curfews, and house rules?
Yes. You retain total authority over your property. You decide whether a room is single, double, or ensuite, your monthly price, gender preferences (female only, male only, or any), and house rules such as visitor curfews and cooking policies.
